Hello
My name is Diederik Vemer.
Born in January 1963 in Witbank and living in Hout Bay, Cape Town, South Africa
I’ve recently jumped ship, realising that the one I was on was not taking to me to where I wanted to go in life.
I’m currently crafting my own little vessel of Truth and in the process have had much beauty and grace visit and support me. I feel blessed and awed by this unfolding adventure and through this blog wish to simply share the daily lesson from A Course in Miracles with anyone who is being guided by this incredible work.

I wish you many blessings on your journey home to truth and peace

Hello Diederik,
I jumped ship also. Much of the time I am on my little boat, lately spending some time in the water.
Looking for a ship to climb up to. Just discovered this site. I prayed, God has answered.
Thank you for such a visual blog and also to give me the chance to see what is happening in my life.
Thing is – this water can be the cleansing baptism I need and want so much before climbing aboard.
blessings, bianca

Hello again Bianca
Welcome – the water’s wonderful!
I’m happy to hear that “Stillpoint” provides support and encouragement for your own Journey home.
Rather than being a ship onto which you could climb, see it as a beacon by which you can guide and steer your own vessel back to truth and peace.
Everything you seek is within you – within your being. You are God – all you need to figure out is why you don’t remember that yet.
Stillpoint will be here to help you
Wishing you ever more presence – as you learn who you are trust will grow and courage will be effortless.
Happy swimming and sailing
D

Thank-you so much for putting your beliefs out on the web. I am amazed people can come together – you from South Africa and me from West Coast of Canada. Physically, so far away, yet mentally, we are the same soul. I have been on my ACIM journey for almost 4 years and have finally gotten to the point of being able to remember and live the ACIM every few hours. I have tasted peace and now want more. Your blogging and ponderings help me remember what is important. I have subscribed to many ACIM daily and monthly newsletters. For the email addresses, send me a personal email. Forgiveness and loving is all that is important.
Love, Robyn

Hello Robyn
Apologies that I reply so late!
There is something very beautiful and powerful about the internet – it mirrors the coming together of all back into one-ness in a way
I have read “The Disappearance of the Universe” by Gary Renhard and taken to heart the approach of making “A Course in MIracles” a deeply personal journey, on my own. I find this way the message rests in my heart and doesn’t get pulled up into ego and mind through discussion and debate. It’s me and Jesus together and it’s beautiful – I feel blessed by his powerful presence through the words – they download directly into my heart
